Bachelor's Degree in Health science or related field
8 years' clinical research experience in a Contract Research Organization or Pharmaceutical company
5 years of Lifecycle Safety experience
3 years' line management experience
In-depth knowledge of Lifecycle Safety service lines
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Proven staff management skills
Strong project management and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Autonomous decision-making and problem-solving ability
