About this role
Role Overview
Act as a subject matter expert for compliance matters relating to HCP engagement across EMEA
Partner with business functions to provide pragmatic, risk-based guidance on HCP interactions
Lead the compliance review and approval of HCP engagement activities
Ensure Insulet’s HCP engagement framework is clearly understood and consistently applied
Act as the EMEA subject matter expert for compliance matters relating to sponsorship of third-party organised educational events
Manage the end-to-end sponsorship review and approval process
Oversee the sponsorship contracting process
Maintain centralised trackers and documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness
Design and deliver targeted training to address specific compliance needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in Ethics & Compliance or similar internal control roles in the Life Sciences sector
Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global Life Sciences companies
Commitment to ethics and integrity in all aspects of work
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Fluency in written and spoken English required
Demonstrated knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
