Deliver analytics and insights related to people, culture, and leadership
Identify business questions and issues for data analysis and experiments
Develop algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets
Conduct analytical research studies and establish predictive analytics related to recruiting, retention, growth, performance, team effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness
Communicate analysis insights and findings to business executives to drive decision making about talent strategy
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
Proficiency with 1+ programming languages (e.g., R or Python) in addition to SQL
Experience in cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing both structured and unstructured data
Proficient in machine learning methods
Familiarity with AWS and Github
Broad knowledge of applied statistics and causal inference
Strong business intuition, data analysis skills, as well as business presentation skills
