About this role

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations
Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure
Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing training for retailer staff
Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers
Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives
Monitor asset control metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement

A full UK driving licence
2+ years’ experience in a customer facing or field based role
2+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a service led or FMCG environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and spot trends
A people focused approach with confidence in influencing and problem solving
