Contribute to a subproject within a comprehensive product portfolio transformation and provide support for additional strategic transformation projects
Assist with analyses, conceptual questions, and the development of solution approaches related to products and portfolios
Support the planning and implementation of portfolio conversions, such as tariff changes, portfolio clean-ups, or migrations
Support coordination of interfaces between business units, project management, product management, actuarial, legal, and sales
Participate in risk and issue management, particularly in identifying, tracking, and preparing relevant topics
Prepare analyses, decision papers, presentations, and management materials
Prepare and communicate project results and support workshops, meetings, and steering committees
Support the further development of processes, methods, and ways of working in the project environment
Requirements
Completed degree in business, management, business law, or a comparable field, or equivalent vocational training
Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in project work, consulting, transformation management, or a comparable function
Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage; experience in the financial services sector is also welcome
Initial experience in analysing and structuring issues and an interest in strategic and technical topics
Structured and analytical way of working, with the ability to present complex content in a clear and comprehensible manner
Very good skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel and enthusiasm for professionally analysing, structuring, and presenting content
Team-oriented, proactive, and open to collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with diverse stakeholders
