Support, fault analysis and resolution via phone/remote tools (1st/2nd level, depending on experience)
On-site at customer locations across Germany: installations, rollouts, troubleshooting and commissioning (workstations, network, print/scan, card readers, and any connected devices)
Documentation: concise, reproducible documentation (checklists, tickets, handovers) to ensure solutions are repeatable.
Requirements
Must have experience in IT support/operations/service (vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration is desirable but not required with relevant practical experience)
Solid understanding of Windows, networking and structured troubleshooting
Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
Firewall configuration and operation (SOPHOS)
Willingness to travel across Germany (on-site customer appointments are part of the role)
Driver’s license class B
Very good German (customer-facing)
Nice to have (not a requirement): experience with practice management software (PVS), experience with TI/KIM, experience with medical interfaces (e.g. DICOM/PACS).
