Engineer, implement, and maintain endpoint and infrastructure security controls, ensuring the security and integrity of Windows and Azure environments
Identify architectural design gaps and implement robust security solutions, while providing on-call IT security support and incident response on a rotational basis
Drive AI security initiatives, including governance, secure usage patterns, and risk mitigation
Implement and enhance Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across endpoints and collaboration platforms
Support insider risk monitoring, investigation, and mitigation efforts, partnering with business and HR functions to address data exfiltration and misuse risks
Perform risk assessments aligned with established frameworks and contribute to cyber awareness programs, including AI and data handling risks
Manage and enhance the organization’s vulnerability management program
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related quantitative field
5+ years of experience in IT security engineering, preferably in the financial industry
Exposure to AI security risks, governance, or emerging AI technologies (hands-on or advisory)
Experience with DLP, insider risk management, or data protection controls is highly desirable
Desired: Microsoft Security, Azure Security, or Endpoint certifications
Certifications or training in AI security / AI risk governance (e.g. CAISP or similar emerging AI security certifications)
Familiarity with security and risk frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or equivalent
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
