Learn and contribute to manual and automated testing, help create and maintain test cases, support test automation efforts, and collaborate with the team to improve quality throughout development.
Ensure the quality of authorisation solutions with a focus on automation, manual testing, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with developers, quality assurance specialists, and other stakeholders in an agile, self-organizing team, taking part in the full development lifecycle.
Participate in SEB's Tech Trainee Programme for six months to develop a network within the bank and gain an understanding of the financial industry.
Requirements
Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree or a two-year vocational education in IT or tech
Great communication skills and to be able to work in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly describe and thoroughly investigate issues.
An interest and basic understanding in programing, software quality, testing, and automation, with a willingness to learn new tools and ways of working in a collaborative environment.
Previous experience (part-time work, own projects etc.) and involvement during your studies are advantageous but what matters most is your potential and passion.
