Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring effective cost control, resource allocation, and optimization of maintenance expenses.
Establish and drive preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, reduce breakdowns, and extend asset lifespan.
Build and develop high-performing maintenance and operational teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Review, optimize, and standardize maintenance processes, schedules, Standard Operating Procedures, and best practices to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead the development and implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
Requirements
A relevant professional qualification engineering (preferably mechanical)
Proven Operational & leadership experience, preferably in a waste management facility
Good experience in workplace safety
10 years of experience in an Industrial setup with Cement Background.
