Role Overview
- End-to-end responsibility for battery energy storage projects from early development through commissioning
- Manage all project activities with respect to schedule, budget, quality, risks, and milestones
- Coordinate all involved departments and ensure effective collaboration
- Prepare decision papers, management updates, and status reports
- Support commissioning activities and take responsibility for project stabilization
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing complex energy, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects
- Ideally experience with utility-scale battery storage projects or comparable large-scale technical projects
- Solid knowledge of schedule, risk, quality, and cost management
- Professional experience interacting with investors, customers, EPC contractors, authorities, and management boards
- Fluent German and English (business level)
