Role Overview
Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming inquiries, warm prospects)
Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, reminders)
Quickly qualify restaurateurs' business needs
Clearly present RusHour's offers and their value proposition
Manage the full sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing
Update the CRM and maintain rigorous pipeline tracking
Meet and exceed monthly signing targets
Rapidly ramp up knowledge of our offerings, market, and tools
Requirements
Strong commercial motivation: you want to sell, perform and earn money
Comfortable on the phone, with real persuasive ability
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment
Results

B2B sales/closing/cold-calling experience appreciated but not required
