Together with the project team, you develop appropriate growth and performance marketing strategies for our clients.
You translate business objectives into concrete channel, campaign, and budget strategies across relevant online marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native, and Programmatic.
You manage budgets across channels and target groups, ensuring that activities efficiently contribute to defined growth objectives.
You continuously analyze performance data, derive concrete optimization measures, and regularly adjust strategies.
You are responsible for the setup, management, and ongoing optimization of performance marketing campaigns.
You establish reporting and controlling processes, monitor relevant KPIs, and keep track of budgets, timelines, and results.
You translate client objectives into clear tasks for the performance team and provide structured briefings.
In client meetings and regular status meetings, you present performance strategies, activities, and results clearly and persuasively.
You work closely with our Creative team to develop data-driven creative concepts, new testing approaches, and impactful campaign ideas.
Requirements
You have at least 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency, e‑commerce, B2C, or B2B environment.
You are well-versed in multiple online marketing channels—such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Native, or Programmatic—and have deep expertise in at least one channel.
You have experience with tracking, reporting, and KPI-driven campaign management.
You make data-driven decisions and combine analytical thinking with pragmatic execution.
You are curious about new technologies and ideally already have experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications.
You actively follow performance marketing trends and proactively bring new ideas to the team.
You manage your projects proactively and independently, while also integrating quickly into teams and valuing collaboration and strong teamwork.
You work analytically, with attention to detail and a structured approach.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
