Role Overview
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians through in-person visits
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in therapy with monthly training sessions
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Ability to develop individualized behavior plans
- Strong collaboration skills with clinical teams
- Ability to engage parents in child therapy
- Experience supervising Behavior Technicians
