About this role
Role Overview
Supporting care facilities through the onboarding and implementation process
Training care staff on the use of the services and the hellomedOS web app
Ensuring partner facility satisfaction and increasing patient participation
Analyzing usage data and supporting on-site development
Collecting customer feedback and communicating it to the team
Requirements
Experience in healthcare or in customer success
Strong service and customer orientation
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and site usage data
Team player able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel to our customers (max. 1/3 of working time)
Technical openness and an understanding of digital applications
