Contribute to the development of the most complex features.
Drive continuous improvement of code quality and applications.
Ensure maintainability and long-term viability of developed solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Project, and Infrastructure teams.
Take part in Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
Monitor compliance with commitments and delivery timelines.
Support teams in applying Agile methodologies.
Identify and implement technical optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the modernization of the information system.
Help evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud practices.
Optimize application performance and scalability.

Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac+5) or relevant experience.
Significant experience in software development and technical leadership.
Strong skills in application design and architecture.
Proficiency in the .NET environment and modern architectures.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Ability to take a step back on technical issues and guide teams in their decisions.
Experience in the retail or large-scale distribution sector.
Knowledge of point-of-sale, logistics, or store management systems.
Experience with high-volume, high-availability applications.
Knowledge of Cloud and distributed architectures.
