Role Overview
- Create and manage in-product content for B2C and B2B.
- Understand business goals and user needs, then deliver copy.
- Engage with Design, Research, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
- Prioritize workload to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide feedback on design reviews with a content-first mindset.
- Review and refine existing wording to improve clarity and usability.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- 3+ years of experience in UX writing or Content Design.
- A portfolio demonstrating your approach to crafting content.
- Comfortable managing your own time and handling competing tasks.
- Proficient at using Figma, agile software like Youtrack and Confluence.
- Experienced with AI tools for content creation or ready to explore them.
