Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, search, paid ads) and offline channels (events, print, partnerships)
Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
Create marketing collaterals such as EDMs, brochures, social media graphics, and presentation decks
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (e.g., design, printing, ad platforms) to deliver campaign assets and media buys on time and within budget
Track and report on campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and provide recommendations for improvement
Support lead generation efforts and work with the sales team to ensure quality leads are passed through and followed up
Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and roadshows
Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Support branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field
1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp/EDM tools)
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
