Own and manage Workday for the Perseus Division globally
Collaborate with other tenant owners to govern Workday
Document and maintain HRIS end-user processes and procedures
Lead strategic planning for Perseus within the shared Workday tenant
Provide HCM user support through documentation and training
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
Requirements
10+ years in HR technology leadership
Proven experience managing Workday globally within a division of a multinational organization
Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules, preferably in Talent / Performance Management, Time & Attendance and Advanced Compensation, or related experience
Well versed with Workday HR subject matter functional expertise including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support
Experience in designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical HR business solutions
