Engage with customers to understand their technical needs, provide adequate data, and offer tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Act as the primary technical point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Work closely with R&D and production teams to align product development with industrialization, customer requirements and ensuring seamless integration from design to manufacturing.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our product portfolio, network with potential customers, and stay updated on market trends.
Collaborate with the R&D team to design, develop, and test new products and ideas ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, technical documentation, and marketing materials to showcase our products’ capabilities.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree in a metals-related discipline preferred but not required.
Strong technical knowledge of metals production, processing, and applications (e.g., steel, aluminum, alloys, casting, forging, or heat treatment).
Relevant certifications in metallurgical engineering, materials science, or project management are a plus.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams in the metals industry.
Ability to translate complex metallurgical or technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation, presentations, and reports.
Proactive and strategic mindset for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
