Supporting the sales team within a defined geographic territory to develop new accounts and expand product usage with existing customers.
Assisting with case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and closing outstanding purchase orders in a compliant manner.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across sites of care through education, demonstrations, and responsive support.
Providing accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of relevant sales experience
Current, valid Driver’s License
Previous surgical or biologics experience (Nice to Have)
Field-based time and priority management (Nice to Have)
Clear, professional communication with clinicians and surgical staff (Nice to Have)
Experience working in patient care settings such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices (Nice to Have)
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset (Nice to Have)
