Responsible for high volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites
Posting positions and tracking candidates submissions
Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references
Coordinating and participating in interviews if required, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer letters
Source candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high volume and/or industrial trade recruitment
Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing
Required to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projects
Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters
Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset
