About this role
Role Overview
shape and deploy a national, cross-channel customer strategy that drives sustainable category growth and business performance
lead the development and deployment of national customer business plans (12–18 months horizon)
translate the 3-year Long Range Plan (LRP) into actionable strategies
drive Net Revenue Management (NRM) execution, including pricing strategy
own customer input into innovation pipeline development
coach, develop, and empower team members
Requirements
10+ years of experience in CPG / FMCG environments
strong background in: Customer Business Planning, Sales Planning / Category Management, Revenue Growth Management / Pricing
experience working with key retail customers (preferably Large Format / Grocery)
proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
strong financial and analytical acumen
experience with tools such as IRI/Nielsen, panel data, and sales analytics platforms
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
