About this role
Role Overview
Manage client onboarding and transition from sales to delivery
Build senior stakeholder relationships and run account reviews
Identify and drive revenue growth and account expansion
Lead proposals, renewals, and commercial discussions
Own account revenue, forecasting, and margin performance
Act as escalation point and oversee delivery quality and governance
Provide market insights and support service innovation
Collaborate across internal teams to align delivery and resourcing
Requirements
3–7 years’ experience in Account Management / Client Success / Business Development
Proven ability to grow revenue and expand client accounts
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with proposals, commercial discussions, and contract renewals
Commercially astute with ownership of revenue, margins, and profitability
Able to manage multiple accounts and work across Sales, Delivery, and Talent teams
Experience in consulting, technology services, or testing/quality engineering (advantageous)
Knowledge of managed services or resource augmentation models (advantageous)
Comfortable engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
