Structure, staff and manage the Area/Country Cross-border Operations team
Foster an engaged organization by continuously developing skills and accelerating talent growth
Lead Transport Operations teams in adopting digital-focused practices
Drive Cross-border functional outcomes and execute reliable, predictable solutions
Monitor service quality of Cross-border across customers and modes
Oversee all operations related to business controls
Build teams with a strong orientation towards delivering superior Inland customer quality
Identify, attract and retain talent and equip them with an ambitious learning plan
Work consistently to reduce cost to serve
Manage Cross-border capacity according to demand

At least 10 years’ professional experience in a similar role(s) in the logistics and services industry
Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Cross-border Transportation between Vietnam and neighbouring countries
Language proficiency: Professional English level
Chinese proficiency is a big plus
Strong leadership with a proven ability to build and nurture high-performing, cohesive teams
Comprehensive knowledge of transport operations and product portfolios
Exceptional customer-centric mindset
Astute stakeholder management capabilities
Strong commercial acumen and cost-awareness
Relentless results orientation
Ability to travel across the Mekong countries
