Provide leadership in delivering improvements to all aspects of Alcoa’s Electrical equipment and systems via the transfer of best equipment, operating, engineering and maintenance practices
Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) technical support for Alcoa’s Electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal asset availability to support continuous operations
Provide Electrical SME input to the Asset Management Capital annual and long-term planning process for Electrical equipment and systems and decarbonisation projects
Provide leadership and support for implementation of the Asset Management target state through the leadership of communities of Best Practice, setting objectives for these teams and leading problem solving/solution development activities to support the target state
Participate in the development of Reliability and Maintenance strategies for electrical equipment and systems with Reliability, Engineering and Maintenance Managers/Engineers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Electrical Engineering
Min 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer
Min 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Engineering Leadership role
