Work with the Director, Entrepreneurial Programs to create and oversee the plan for new programs and initiatives
Deliver training programs for young entrepreneurs, including leading or co-leading workshops and webinars
Identify partnership opportunities with relevant organizations and programs to enhance our service offering
Manage program delivery, including planning, quality control and participant engagement
Monitor and report on program performance and impact
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and develop tools and templates to facilitate the operational implementation of new programs and projects
Contribute to continuous improvement and program innovation
Will be required to travel, as needed, across Canada to support the implementation and delivery of events and workshops
Manage budgets and expenses as required
As needed, coordinate, implement and report on the delivery of Futurpreneur programs/initiatives for entrepreneurs
Requirements
Relevant experience may include education focused on business administration or project management, or equivalent practical work experience
Proven experience in program development, coordination and delivery
A strong network within the Canadian youth entrepreneurship support ecosystem
Experience working with entrepreneurs or startups, including business plans and cash flow
Experience in planning, coordinating and delivering successful programs/initiatives
Any relevant certifications in project management, program development or related fields are an asset
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Ability to communicate information clearly and engage participants, stakeholders and partners effectively
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community organizations and prospective program participants
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in program data collection and analysis
Ability to extract insights and make recommendations for program improvement
Comfortable with technology and digital platforms for program coordination and virtual events
Resilience and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
