Lead the end-to-end operation of HR4Results — planning, execution, communications, and performance tracking.
Own the financial health of events: monitor budgets, revenue projections, cost per attendee, and ROI.
Design and lead the demand generation strategy for events: define target audiences, channels, messaging, and tactics for each phase — pre-event, during, and post-event.
Develop and execute the event communications strategy: editorial calendar, ticket conversion flows, and communications for leads, customers, and partners.
Manage the portfolio of smaller events — strategic sponsorships at industry trade shows, conferences, and summits.
Serve as the coordination hub across teams: interface with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, Content, and Finance to ensure every team knows what to do and by when.
Structure the operation as a PMO: timelines, owners, scope, vendor management, weekly status updates, and documentation of processes and playbooks.
Negotiate and manage vendors, venues, and partners, ensuring quality within the approved budget.
Monitor and report key metrics: ticket and sponsorship revenue, cost per attendee, conversion rate, NPS, and influenced pipeline.
