Support for the sales team (creating sales links for Digital Certificates, PKI creation, distributing leads to the sales team, updating customer status — current or delinquent);
Customer support (scheduling, collecting documentation, recording sales and reports);
Opening postpaid billing tickets.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Experience with SSL (required);
Microsoft Office;
Intermediate Excel;
Quick learner, good communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity;
Currently enrolled in a university degree program (plus).
