to high-complexity technical solutions by implementing software requirements using the technologies involved in the project;
Understand the software architecture and be able to work within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionality;
Document development stages and record progress in version control and documentation tools;
Guide and collaborate with the engineering team to find business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing;
Maintain code and system quality, monitoring, and documentation;
Perform code reviews to ensure code security and scalability;
Identify potential improvement areas and propose solutions.

Proven experience developing with Clipper, PL/SQL, and Java.
Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly and objectively.
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
