Role Overview
- Take full ownership of the entire UK property estate
- Lead strategy across leases, space planning, and site integration
- Provide strategic oversight across fleet, Health & Safety, and ESG
- Line manage a small team and act as the senior expert voice
- Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and report directly into the Head of People
- Own budgets, lead procurement, navigate complex lease portfolios, and assist during M&A integrations
Requirements
- Proven multi-site facilities or estates management experience, ideally in a corporate or PE-backed environment
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and the ability to act as a competent person
- Experience managing fleet programmes including EV/salary sacrifice and BIK reporting
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as ESOS or SECR
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and commercial contracts
- Happy to travel regularly across UK sites
