Product/Project Management: Act as the primary bridge between business areas (Planning, Sales, Logistics) and Technology teams (Tech Leads, Developers, and agile squads);
Solution Architecture and ROI: Map and deeply understand replenishment processes and systems, proposing technical evolutions supported by financial feasibility studies (Business Case) and capture of gains;
Backlog and Requirements Management: Gather technical and business requirements for new features or systems, prioritizing the development backlog with delivery teams;
Implementation Leadership: Lead the rollout of major projects aligned with the company roadmap;
Strategic Support: Support troubleshooting of critical systemic incidents impacting replenishment, guiding the design of action plans and permanent fixes.
Requirements
Solid and proven experience in Retail Logistics, Supply Chain, or Replenishment (deep understanding of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and order cycle);
Prior experience acting as a Product Owner (PO), Product Manager (PM), or leading system/technology project streams applied to logistics/supply chain;
Strong ability to perform business process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) and complex data-driven analyses;
Intermediate to advanced English (required for interfacing with tools, documentation, or vendors);
Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
