Take ownership of complex platform, deployment, and environment issues, including root-cause analysis and sustainable resolution
Drive automation, standardization, and operational discipline across the platform domain
Work closely with Frontend, Backend, QA, Support, Architects, and implementation partners
Create and maintain runbooks, platform standards, deployment procedures, and technical documentation
Enable end-to-end testing by shaping stable environments, deployment pipelines, platform quality gates, and test readiness for unit, functional, and integration testing, and support business-led UAT readiness where required
Collaborate with vendors and external service providers, review and validate platform-related changes, and support monitoring of service performance against agreed technical and operational KPIs
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for platform, deployment, environment, pipeline, and observability-related topics in line with ITIL-based support processes
Requirements
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field
8 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or infrastructure
Strong experience in operating, scaling, and improving complex, mission-critical IT platforms
Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure concepts
Hands-on experience with cloud and/or on-premise platforms, containerization, and runtime environments
Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and cloud platform services
Good understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, release automation, and operational readiness
Solid knowledge of operability, security, and reliability engineering principles
Experience helping development teams build stable, efficient, and secure delivery pipelines
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach
