Role Overview
- analyze and visualize trends across the end-to-end collections process
- evaluate third-party agency performance and uncover optimization opportunities
- support the design and refinement of employee incentive programs
- develop dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI)
- partner with operations, strategy, and risk teams to translate analytical findings into business actions
- continuously identify opportunities to improve collections efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in analytics
- post-secondary degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- proficiency in statistical and analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python
- experience developing Power BI dashboards strongly preferred
- strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for a broad audience
