About this role
Role Overview
- Management and further development of the Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD environment, including SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, user lifecycle, and license management.
- Administration and configuration of Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, and Microsoft 365.
- Implementation of access controls, RBAC policies, and audit trails to support security and compliance standards.
- Automation of recurring tasks such as user provisioning, license assignment, and policy enforcement using scripting or Infrastructure as Code.
- Monitoring platform availability, setting up alerting, and proactive problem resolution.
- First point of contact for internal IT and tooling inquiries.
- Support for vendor, SaaS, and license management.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or platform engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Experience administering Atlassian tools and Git-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365.
- German language skills at least at B2 level.
- Structured, documentation-oriented, and highly self-driven working style.
- Experience with scripting or automation is a significant plus.
