Research and create solution-focused content under the direction of the Senior/Lead Strategist. Present this content in written, visual, or video formats.
Produce forecasts and monitor markets using quantitative and qualitative data across all markets and demographic segments, with a focus on Latin America–specific insights.
Source, submit, and attribute image credits daily.
Support the team in adding content to our Feed, with a minimum of 3 posts per week.
Actively participate in creating Interiors content for WGSN trend events.
Collaborate with other departments and business areas in the development of content.
Attend and prepare reports on national and regional trade shows and conferences as required (when it is safe to do so).
Support the team in responding to client requests.
Requirements
Proven experience in the interiors sector, covering design, purchasing, data analysis, or content creation.
Demonstrated ability to translate trends into practical commercial guidance (the “what”, “why”, “how” and “when”).
Strong understanding of the Latin American retail landscape, including local climate and lifestyle factors, as well as seasonal realities.
Excellent research, analytical and writing skills, with the ability to structure complex insights into clear, prioritized guidance.
Practical knowledge of the role that data and analysis play in commercial success.
Strong autonomy, organizational, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to ensure that produced content consistently meets high standards and is delivered on time.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Technical competencies: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and analysis of various social media platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Latin American retail calendars across multiple categories.
Familiarity with sustainability trends in interior design and their commercial applications.
