Lead, develop, and scale the Fidelity Digital Assets® Regulatory Controls and Governance organization; oversee hiring, performance management, and talent development
Lead Finance coordination for regulatory examinations
Own exam readiness processes including workplans and deliverables
Own Regulation W governance and oversight program
Own ongoing regulatory reporting routines and creation of new requirements
Design and implement regulatory controls and frameworks; Strengthen governance routines
Develop leadership reporting and KRIs
Lead and mentor team; Drive accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee creation of wind-down plans for new products as well as oversight of existing procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated businesses
Experience in digital assets, capital markets, or financial services
