Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data
Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms like Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
Create and present data-driven reports and insights that inform marketing, product, and strategy teams
Provide strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst
Strong knowledge of key social media platforms
Experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar
Boolean query-writing skills for deep-dive insights
Native level proficiency in Turkish language (essential)
Professional level proficiency in English (essential)
