Support the SAP SD/MM ecosystem for a high-volume fashion retail operation processing approximately 350,000 records per day
Responsibilities include configuration changes, POS-to-SAP integration, store opening support, billing and invoicing monitoring, EDI communications with external partners, monthly closing support, and inter-store/warehouse replenishment processes (BOPs)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, and Customer Support, as well as the internal IT & Transformation team
Requirements
2–3 years of SAP support experience, ideally within SD/MM Retail modules, including S/4HANA
Hands-on experience implementing configuration changes in SAP SD/MM based on business requirements
Experience across the full SAP support lifecycle: business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, end-user training, and production support
Ability to define technical requirements for new functional needs in collaboration with business and IT teams
Comfortable monitoring and ensuring correct billing and invoicing processes (invoice creation and listings) within SD
Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Emotional resilience and a diplomatic approach when handling urgent or high-pressure situations
Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Fluent Portuguese — required for daily business communication
Based in the Porto area and available for hybrid work in Maia, 3 days per week
Available to start within 30 days or shortly thereafter
