Role Overview
- Transform and validate data from multiple business systems
- Build and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards
- Support data migration and integration projects (ERP/CRM/cloud)
- Analyze data to identify trends and business insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance
- Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams
- Automate manual data processes where possible
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data, IT, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Strong SQL and Excel skills (advanced level required)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Understanding of ETL and data transformation processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
