Work on a range of projects related to the accounting function of the organization
Utilize Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate groups
Perform account reconciliation, financial statements analysis, billing method reviews, and other finance related activities
Participate in the month end close process with responsibility to meet target dates
Identify and implement process efficiencies related to the accounting function including month end close processes
Prepare monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries
Prepares, analyzes, and reviews financial statements using accounting principles
Create and maintain Accounting policies and procedures
Maintain Fixed Asset Module
Reconcile Inventory Balances and propose appropriate adjustments
Perform variance analysis at month end to ensure accuracy of account balances
Responsible for general ledger account set up and maintenance
Responsible for Bank Reconciliations and Cash Projection Reporting
Support external audit requests as needed
