Cross-sell and upsell existing clients through consultative, value-driven conversations.
Partner with marketing and customer success to improve conversion and client experience.
Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on what you're hearing in the market.
Requirements
6+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, payments, or cross-border financial services.
Track record of owning complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders: CFOs, Partners, business owners.
An existing network of transferable relationships with mid-to-large businesses or venture-backed startups.
Experience in a fast-growing startup environment: you know what it means to build a market with limited support and high expectations.
Fluent English: the company operates in English across all regions.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Early-career background in consulting or investment banking is a plus, not a requirement.
