Role Overview
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in school and community activities as needed.
- Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
- Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field
- 2–3 years of experience working with children, youth, or families (preferred)
- Actively pursuing or currently holds a PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid driver’s license (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks.
