Managing, supporting and continuously improving a diverse infrastructure spanning cloud, on-premises and hybrid platforms
Work closely with managed service providers and internal stakeholders to maintain high-performing networks, servers and systems that support business operations
Take ownership of and contribute across a broad range of technologies, including routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking, server administration, identity and access management, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery
Provide third-line technical support, investigate complex issues, identify root causes and help deliver continuous improvements that enhance resilience, security and efficiency
Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience across multiple enterprise infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies
Comfortable working in a regulated environment
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
Familiarity with network security solutions
Proficient with Active Directory
Experience with automation and scripting tools
Understanding of modern endpoint management platforms
Relevant certifications in networking, cloud and infrastructure technologies will be highly valued
