Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team
answering questions, investigating issues, and unblocking client-facing work.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling
including high-impact cases on key accounts.
Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files containing product and offer information used in ad campaigns
from initial setup and custom processing to diagnosing and fixing errors
Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations, including GTM implementations and reporting integrations.
Write scripts and automation solutions using Node.js across a range of data sources
APIs, XML, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, BigQuery, PostgreSQL.
Build and maintain scheduled automations and automated data flows across multiple systems and integrations.
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
Fluent English
the technical issues are discussed in this language on a daily basis;
Basic SQL knowledge;
Basic JavaScript (or other scripting language) knowledge;
Analytical approach to problem solving;
Good communication skills, especially in terms of creating brief and precise descriptions of issues while being in touch with other departments;
Good self-organizing skills.
