About this role
Role Overview
Lead transformation of digital customer journey leveraging analytics, AI, and LTV insights
Optimize lead management by enhancing qualification, routing, follow-up, and responsiveness
Develop playbooks, coaching guides, and management standards for dealers and field teams
Translate AI and LTV opportunities into process improvements
Enhance WhatsApp, CRM, and customer engagement processes with Marketing and DSX
Scale GenAI-enabled tools at dealer level
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
English proficiency (B2 minimum; C1/C2 preferred)
Experience with CRM, MarTech platforms, CDP, and customer journey management
Strong knowledge of digital funnel management
Experience in campaign activation, data integration, performance measurement, A/B testing, and continuous optimization
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data and customer insights into business recommendations
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and external partners
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives
Previous experience in automotive, retail, or omnichannel environments is a plus
