Role Overview
- Assist in managing numerous on-site health and wellness clinics throughout California
- Conduct onsite and remote training to new and existing Medcor advocates
- Provide operational and clinical training in collaboration with training and clinical affairs department
- Manage training curriculum needs of the client
- Maintain documentation of performed training
- Analyze and provide solutions to possible gaps in current programs and operations
- Monitor quality audit expectations by conducting regular quality reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Develop effective relationships with client management team
- Apply knowledge of clinical occupational health and regulations impacting the work environment
- Ensure client coverage needs are routinely met
- Assist in recruitment and selection process including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new hires
Requirements
- Must have an active EMT, Paramedic, LVN, or RN licensure
- Have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting with supervisor experience as part of that background
- 3-5+ years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
- Occupational health and/or employee health experience
- Workers Compensation and occupational health/medical record software experience
- A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
