About this role
Role Overview
Act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls
Finding a technical resolution to application problems including writing scripts & queries
Escalating to 2nd/3rd line when needed
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing an excellent service through regular & timely communication
Excellent prioritization of calls and tasks
Providing product training
Provide quality documentation & reporting
Requirements
Experience providing Application/Software Support ideally to the healthcare industry
Bachelor's degree in computer science, medical informatics or another equivalent
Windows Server and client management/troubleshooting
SQL Server management/troubleshooting including the ability to perform queries
Basic knowledge on networking
Basic knowledge on Virtualization
Ideally, HL7 and an understanding of Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Reliability, commitment, and a confident demeanor; strong cross-departmental teamwork abilities
Willingness to work weekends and provide extended emergency service with 24/7 on-call availability when needed
Holder of a full driving license
Support in Spanish and English
