Role Overview
- Administer and support enterprise platforms and applications
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation for monitoring, logging and improving system performance and efficiency
- Support data management activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across applications, integrations and infrastructure
- Configure workflows, dashboards and reports
- Work directly with government stakeholders
- Monitor system health, perform updates, and support upgrades and enhancements
- Participate in system integration efforts utilizing APIs, cloud services and enterprise tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
- 4 to 6+ years systems administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, AWS, Tableau, and scripting
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. citizenship and fluency in English
- Current secret clearance and ability to maintain clearance
