Partner with Commercial stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into data, reporting, and analytics requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for dashboards, reports, data models, and system enhancements.
Support the design, development, and enhancement of business intelligence and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Databricks.
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with established standards.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting platforms.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing guidance related to reporting and analytics tools.
Contribute to data governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial functions.
Assist in aligning local and regional business processes with global standards and reporting frameworks.
Support analytics initiatives related to sales performance, customer insights, forecasting, pricing, and commercial effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is considered an advantage.
3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, customer operations, or business functions is preferred.
Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
Experience in an international or shared services environment is an advantage.
