Senior SOx Analyst – Focus on SOD/SAT

Role Overview

• Map processes and controls within the Business area that address SOD/SAT risks in the PagBank environment.
• Identify operational and access risks, proposing mitigating controls aligned with SOx requirements.
• Support the review, assessment, and development of the risk and control matrix.
• Conduct walkthroughs and effectiveness testing of identified controls.
• Assess compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Respond to external audit requests and specialized consultancies, focusing on Business area controls.
• Validate action plans and monitor their implementation until risks are mitigated.
• Generate insights for optimizing functional controls and continuous improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of the area's projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong experience in internal controls, accounting processes, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) requirements.
• Experience with external and internal audits, preferably in financial institutions or payment services.
• Hands-on experience in process and systems mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with business areas and management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
